Only candidates with experience in Telesales will be called for an interview.
Must be confident in presenting Company’s services over the phone as well as profiling potential customers.
- Contact the daily leads provided and inform customers about their enquiry and offer company services using a pre-set script
- Go the “extra mile” to meet the CALL TARGETS and facilitate appointment bookings for Sales Consultant.
- Ask questions to understand customers profile
- Enter and update information in the database
- Be dynamic and agile with follow ups
- Generate all required weekly / monthly call & attendance reports
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) & Microsoft Office specially Excel.
- Well versed & fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and pleasant tone of voice to handle customer queries and generate customer bookings
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Mediate the dealings between Developers and buyers ensuring good conduct and honest exchange of information
- Present projects to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
